Heels Dance Training and Performance Program

10 Week Session • Including a themed production!

Spencer Studios Heels Dance and Performance Program is a training and performance program for people from all dancing levels to build confidence, gain physical strength while developing dance skills in heels. There are 3 different 10-week sessions per year: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Every week you will train for 2 hours on our heels dance syllabus and choreography. At the end of the session, you will perform in a themed performance with your fellow Spencer Studios dancers!

LEVELS:

  1. Open Level Heels - NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! A group for those who have always wanted to dance, perform and be on stage in front of a crowd! Now is your chance! You will learn all the moves from scratch so you can be sassy and confident in your big performance.

  2. Level One Heels - Beginner trained Dancers Previous Heels Dance experience required. Placement is required, please email natalie.spencer@live.ca for placement inquiries.

  3. Level 2 - This level is the perfect level in our program for those who have a trained dance background and can pick up choreography quickly, execute basic jazz and hip-hop technique, can properly execute ALL beginner foundations inside out, and can really dance in heels!

    Previous dance training is required to be in our Intermediate class. Audition/Placement is required, please email natalie.spencer@live.ca for placement inquiries.

  4. Advanced Heels - This level is for dancers who have worked daily for YEARS in the studio and are ready to be challenged! With extensive dance training in hip hop, jazz, and ballet, these students are ready to show it all in their HEELS! Audition/Placement is required.
