Whether you’re brand new to ballet or a trained dancer looking to reconnect with your roots, this class is for you. We'll focus on foundational technique, posture, and musicality in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Expect a traditional barre and centre practice designed to build strength, grace, and confidence—no experience required, just a willingness to move and explore.

This is not a performance class.
