Body Sculpt with Natalie is here! Looking to strengthen your core, sculpt your booty, and tone your overall body? This full-body workout is designed to help you build strength, boost confidence, and leave you feeling stronger every single week.
With a mix of targeted exercises and functional movement, you'll challenge your muscles, improve your endurance, and have a whole lot of fun doing it. All fitness levels are welcome!

Equipment: Yoga Mat, Dumbbells/kettlebells: Ranging from 5lb - 25lbs (You can decide what to bring, Natalie can cater your exercises) -Donβt have a Yoga Mat, reach out to Natalie to reserve yours.
Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. This class may be done in bare foot or in runners
